Wine Class: An Exploration of Red Burgundy
Burgundy is one of the most coveted regions in the world for fine wine collectors. With its storied history and focus on terroir, the wines of Burgundy have become a staple on the list of any wine-focused retailer or restaurant. This is, after all, the birth place of Pinot Noir! However, as the region has grown in popularity, so has the list of villages, vineyards, lieu dits and smaller producers, making the region a challenging place to find consistency and value.
On November 11th, we will help to explain the nuances of red Burgundy, covering different areas from around the region – all without breaking the bank. The class and tasting will be 100% focused on Pinot Noir so as to understand the subtle differences between place and process. The class will be taught at an intermediate level by our Beverage Director, Scott Ota, and he is excited to share his love for Burgundy with you!
Tickets for the class are $55 and can be purchased via Eventbrite: HERE
We hope to see you here!
