MARK STOLTZ —Founder & Managing Partner

Mark’s favorite wines are tied to shared experiences in amazing places. That’s his aim for High Street: a relaxed, neighborhood spot where guests can enjoy great wine and genuine hospitality. 

SCOTT OTA —General Manager & Beverage Director

Making wine accessible and approachable is Scott’s goal for High Street. He’s excited to have wine selections from around the world that will be priced to spark the curiosity of any adventurous drinker.

ED CASEY —Manager & Beverage Leader

Ed is a native of New York and recently took up residence in San Antonio. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America – Hyde Park and has extensive managerial experience in the wine retail industry.

ERIC FERRELL —Manager & Beverage Leader

Wine has been a force in Eric’s life since a glass of Storybook Zinfandel woke his intrigue in the early 90’s. As a restaurant manager for 25 years, Eric has curated quite a few wine lists and been fortunate enough to have ‘tasted’ wines for quite a few more.
