Wine Class: Spring in a bottle, Finding your favorite refreshing wine.

In our Spring in a bottle wine class we will be learning all about refreshing wines, sparkling and still, varying styles, from all over the world. Topics will include how to identify tasting notes, and learning how these different aspects appeal to our palettes. We will also learn how to pair these wines with some iconic spring foods. Must be 21+ to attend.
